This February, the Waldorf Astoria Shanghai on the Bund is making Sunday brunches special again with the Grand Brasserie’s all new specialty eggs menu, featuring a wide array of flavorful dishes prepared using fresh ingredients, as well as a live cooking show for guests to enjoy as they dine.
Available every Sunday from 12:00-15:00, the Grand Brasserie’s all-new brunch menu offers up an exquisite selection of healthy egg-based options in addition to our classic surf and turf dishes such as our Braised BBQ Short Rib, Steamed Brown Crab, Sushi, Sashimi and more. The new menu includes a fluffy Lobster Omelette, a hearty Eggs Benedict Florentine, a Frittata Calabrese with Italian sausage, penne pasta, Taleggio cheese and tomato, a Spanish Omelette with potato, tomato, chorizo and spinach, and a Mexican Special Fried Egg with tortilla, tomato salsa, guacamole, sour cream and arugula.
Every week, guests can also enjoy as our team of expert chefs put on an hour-long live cooking demonstration, featuring some of our most popular dishes, including Cod Fish Paella, Baked Salmon, Creme Brulee, Sesame Panna Cotta and more. Each week will feature a different dish, so there’ll always be something new for guests to experience as they unwind with friends.
Of course, no Sunday brunch would be complete without dessert, which is why the Grand Brasserie also offers a range of homemade soufflé’s, chocolate mousse, cakes, tiramisu, French pastries and even flaming Crêpes Suzette prepared right at your table!
The all-new Sunday brunch starts at just RMB 488 with free-flow soft drinks. An optional free-flow sparkling wine package is also available for an additional RMB 188 per person, while those looking to enjoy a brunch they’ll never forget can enjoy free-flow Perrier-Jou?t Champagne for an additional RMB 288 per person.
