Pelham's fine dining restaurant introduces new-concept Menu in November. Chef presents a contemporary styled menu infused with classic French haute cuisine traditions perfected over a decade working in France's finest restaurants. New Tasting Menu further elevates the gastronomic experience at the signature restaurant of Waldorf Astoria Shanghai on the Bund.

New Tasting Menu for Pelham's Shanghai puts premium, seasonal ingredients in the spotlight. Fine cuts of meat and fresh seafood are presented in innovative and sophisticated, yet ultimately flavorful and comforting, gourmet creations. The Tasting Menu is offered in a choice of Four, Five, Six or Twelve-Course Menus. Diners can make their course selections from any dish on any part of the menu in any order. Choose from fun and fanciful appetizers, artisanal pastas and risottos, and hearty comforting mains encompassing salmon, tuna, chicken, veal, duck, rabbit, lamb and grain-fed beef. Those with a sweet tooth can choose one (or more!) from the decadent dessert selection.

The courses are priced at RMB 488 (four course), RMB 588 (five course), RMB 628 (six course) and RMB 1,888 (12 course) per person. Additional courses are priced at RMB 130 per person. All prices are subject to 15 per cent service charge.
